August 8th I had my biopsy. I never reviewed my MRI but when I reviewed it later it clearly had identified possible cancer in my prostate. On August 23rd that Tuesday I had my biopsy results read to me and my life with Prostate cancer was set in motion. Prior to knowing my diagnosis my wife and I planned a trip down to the keys house with my daughter and her friends for that same Thursday. By the time the trip came around my diagnosis was in and still there was so much I didn’t know and didn’t understand (and still don’t) about my situation .
We left Thursday night and stayed until Monday. We fished, swam, ate and drank. What a fun relaxing time. Here are the pictures we all compiled and shared on WhatsApp.
